Van Elderen Inc. is a family owned and operated business that specializes in spray dried animal protein products and dried fruit and vegetable ingredients. We began drying in 1995 and currently operate five spray dryers and one drum dryer at our facilities in Michigan and Iowa. Van Elderen Inc. ships products across the USA and Canada as well as internationally.
Custom drying, custom blending, and custom certified organic drying of products are available.
We offer a large portfolio of spray dried products including: Spray Dried Egg Product; Organic Spray Dried Egg Product; Spray Dried Pork Liver, Beef Liver, and Chicken Liver; Spray Dried Duck Digest; and Spray Dried Poultry Blood.
Spray drying is a gentle dehydration process that protects the sensitive proteins and nutrients of the product. Our spray drying facilities are USDA certified and EU approved. All raw materials are sourced from USDA inspected facilities.
Our fruit and vegetable portfolio includes: Dried Blueberry Powder, Dried Cranberry Powder, Dried Apple Powder, Dried Pumpkin, and Dried Carrot.
Our products are gently dried through a unique drying process to maintain product nutrients, flavor, and color.
